Went to RPM because a friend bought an 07 Civic from them last year and it's worked out great for her. I ended up buying a a 13 Passat from RPM a few weeks ago; I've already put a few hundred miles on it and it's running smoothly with no issues. Also, Masood was very helpful and patient throughout the whole process - I would definitely recommend them
These guys are great. Andrew, James and Sam were very kind and helpful throughout this process. They answered all our questions, explained every bit of paper work we signed and stayed open late so we could make our deal. They had great inventory and you could tell they really know what they’re talking about. They’re a certified mechanic shop too which was reassuring that if there’s ever a problem I can come right back to these guys. Very reassuring and understanding through the whole process and I never felt pressured to like anything that I didn’t like. Super happy with my experience. It was a hot day and I noticed that James continually moved the fans around so they would blow air in our direction while sitting inside. It’s the little things. A family run shop done the right way.
Was on the phone with them a week prior to driving down to look at a car, unfortunately it wasn't a good fit for what I was looking for, but from the first phone call all the way to the final handshake they were up front and honest very friendly and just really trying to make the process of buying a used car as easy and stress free as possible. Awesome dudes over at RPM automotive!!
